Dr. Blake Mallory, LPC, NCC, CPT, and EMDR-trained, is a Marine Corps veteran with over 20 years of combined experience in military service, pilots, law enforcement, and counseling. At Cardinal Counseling and Wellness Group, he offers both traditional and non-traditional therapies—including outdoor retreats and trauma-focused modalities like EMDR and CPT—to support veterans, first responders, educators, pilots and their families navigating stress, trauma, and life transitions.

Christine Chauvin is a Life Transition Coach who helps individuals confidently navigate major life changes—whether career shifts, divorce, or empty-nest reinvention—by turning uncertainty into opportunity. With 15+ years leading teams for top retail brands and a passion for personal growth, she brings real-world experience and heartfelt guidance to every coaching relationship.

Dr. Hopkins brings 20 years of experience in public education, including 12 as a licensed school psychologist. She holds a PhD in child development and a graduate degree in applied behavior analysis. Passionate about early intervention and mental wellness, she supports young children and their families in navigating school and community systems. As an adjunct instructor, she also mentors future professionals in supporting children across their educational and developmental journeys as well as fostering healthy development and lifelong emotional resilience.

Brittany Mallory is a dedicated behavioral interventionist with a Master’s in Special Education from Concordia University. She supports students across Aledo ISD using evidence-based, compassionate strategies rooted in applied behavior analysis. Brittany specializes in individualized plans that build functional skills, promote positive behavior, and foster independence. Believing that behavior is communication, she focuses on student-led, strengths-based approaches. With a blend of academic training, personal passion, and hands-on experience, Brittany is committed to helping every child unlock their potential and thrive with confidence.

Alexandra is a Special Education Resource Teacher at O.C. Taylor Elementary, supporting K–5 students with diverse learning needs through individualized goals, parent collaboration, and teacher consultation. As someone with ADHD, she brings both personal insight and professional expertise to help students build emotional regulation, routines, and confidence. With a background in Division I athletics and multiple degrees in education and physical wellness, she's passionate about fostering lifelong healthy habits and creating a supportive space for students and families to thrive.

Dr. Warren Ponder brings over seven years of clinical experience treating combat-related PTSD, with a strong academic foundation in psychology and social work. His research spans 40+ peer-reviewed publications, including international collaborations and co-developing the EMDR-NA protocol. He currently focuses on justice-involved first responders and enjoys applying advanced statistical methods to real-world trauma research.
